The youth matter canada symposium is an annual event that brings together youth, educators, and communities to talk openly about mental wellness.

Through inspiring speakers, creative workshops, and hands-on activities, the symposium creates a safe and supportive space for young people to connect, learn, and build skills for resilience. It’s a day dedicated to reminding every student that their voice matters, their well-being matters, and they matter.

A caring community fosters
connection, empathy + understanding.
